Proteomics & Bioinformatics Drug Discovery

Proteomics, the large- scale analysis of proteins, contributes expressively to our understanding of gene function in the post-genomic period. Proteomics can be divided into three main areas protein micro-characterization for large- scale instrument of proteins and their post-translational changes; discrimination display' proteomics for comparison of protein situations with implicit operation in an expansive range of conditions; and studies of protein – protein relations using styles similar as mass spectrometry or the incentive two- mongrel system. Proteomics technologies are under continuous progresses and new chops are introduced currently high volume accession of proteome data impossible.
